Brasserie The brasserie offers an alternative to the hotel restaurant, with its garden overlooking the sea. A very relaxed atmosphere, again the creations of Jose Graziosi in a simpler format, using where possible organic and local produce. Menus are seasonal, and the food, is contemporary brasserie style with a European influence. Fish features regularly on the menu.
