Dan Inniss-Fitzhugh has taken over the reins as Head Chef at The George, joining the team in February. Dan has an impressive CV having trained under Raymond Blanc. Having spent 5 years at Le Manoir Aux Quat Saisons he then became Head Chef at The Lodge in Verbier, Sir Richard Branson's 10 bedroom mountain retreat and one of the prestigious Virgin Ltd Edition resorts. After 3 years at The Lodge, Dan then took on the role of Executive Head Chef at another of Sir Richard's exclusive retreats; Kasbah Tamadot high in the Moroccan hills and a world famous destination for a very high profile clientele.
Dan will be looking after both The Conservatory and Isla's fine dining restaurant which re-opened on 28th February. Isla's will be open Tuesday to Saturday evenings for dinner.
