	The George's Cheeseboard The George's Cheeseboard THE GEORGE'S CHEESEBOARD Beenleigh Blue A fine crumbly English sheep's milk blue. Sweet and delicate. Made in Devon from pasteurised sheep's milk using a vegetable rennet. A Seasonal cheese. Cashel Blue Cheese Made by Louis Grubb on his farm in Tipperary. It is a delicate Irish cow's milk blue, semi soft mild cheese when young which becomes creamier and full flavoured as is matures. Gorwydd Caerphilly 1/4 Cheese A delicate crumbly, country cheese, traditionally made in the Welsh valleys. Gorwydd is matured for longer to develop a stronger flavour and softer texture. A cow's milk cheese. Cheese Oxford Isis A soft wash rind cow's milk cheese. Washed in honey Meade. Stinky Cheese Westcombe Cheddar Cheese Made at Westcombe Dairy in the Batcombe Vale of Somerset, the traditional rounds are aged to develop a strong, slightly peppery character. Cornish Yarg Cheese This handmade unique cheese has a firm, crumbly texture and a mild flavour. Wrapped in nettles for an attractive finish and distinctive taste.
