Jose Graziosi joined the George Hotel in September 1996 and
the restaurant was awarded 3 Rosettes by the AA in that year and each year
subsequently. He specialises in modern British
cooking with French Influences and regularly visits France, California and
other parts of the world for inspiration.
Menus change frequently with
the seasons, and where possible organic and local produce is used.
