Whether you want some general advice/encouragement to kick start your fitness journey, get your heart rate pumping, or you just want someone to move with whilst on holiday Evelyn can offer bespoke fitness sessions to meet your needs. Visiting with a group of friends? – Evelyn can design fun team workouts that are guaranteed to work up a sweat whilst being a fun team bonding experience. Prior to each session Evelyn will consult with you to understand your previous fitness experience, how you like to move, and your motivations in order to design a session/s unique to you. She has experience of delivering to all levels of fitness. Fitness should be something to look forward to, not a chore (especially when on holiday)!
She is passionate about the benefits of resistance training, incorporating body weight and resistance exercises (using weighted balls, bags, dumbbells and resistance bands) into her sessions. Evelyn loves working out outside – the island’s beautiful scenery provides the perfect background whilst the sea breeze is the best natural cooling system.
Evelyn works alongside Jenny Stewart Yoga to deliver ‘Balance and Glo’ offering retreats, special events, and their unique ‘Strengthen + Flo’ class which incorporates yoga and resistance training. Their mission is to support and inspire people to create healthier, more sustainable lifestyles.
