We are delighted to be introducing our new Saturday morning Yoga classes which are
taking place from 8.30am-9.30am. £10 per session.
Waking up to Yoga is both energising and relaxing, it will activate your muscles and
warm up your body for the day ahead.
Post Yoga let’s refuel and enjoy a well earned breakfast.
