Saturday Morning Yoga
8.30am-9.30am. £10 per session.
Waking up to Yoga is both energising and relaxing, it will activate your muscles and
warm up your body for the day ahead.
Post Yoga let’s refuel and enjoy a well earned breakfast.
It’s great for healthy smoothies,
fresh fruit, Greek yoghurt, poached eggs with avocado…..
