The Conservatory is a family friendly brasserie style restaurant with a light airy interior and uninterrupted views of the Solent. The food here is fabulously unfussy and dishes are created and cooked from the wonderful natural Isle of Wight larder.

Our beach bar, comes complete with comfy seating with a unique view of the Solent.

Our Beach kitchen serving delicious pizza’s – perfect for enjoying the hotel’s co-branded Aix Methuselah (that’s a 6 litre bottle in case you were unsure!) of rose whilst listening to some cool vibes with breathtaking sea views.

During the winter months our open fires will be roaring in the bar and lounge.

Lunch from 12 to 3pm, last table at 2.45pm.

Dinner from 6 to 9pm, last table at 8.30pm.

Dogs – We welcome well behaved dogs on a lead.

Dress Code – Anything goes at The George!  Tops and footwear to be worn during your visit.

Celebration Cakes – You are welcome to bring a cake, kindly note we do charge £40, if you bring a celebration cake instead of having dessert with us.

In order to maintain the quality and integrity of our offerings, we kindly request that any Food and Beverage including Ice cream not to be brought onto the premises.

Groups of 6 or more require a credit card to secure the reservation.  There is a £25pp cancellation charge for tables of 6 or more if you cancel less than 48 hours before your reservation, including any    no-shows on the day.  For groups of 12 or more different terms and conditions apply – please call  and speak with our reception team.
