What's included
Rates are for Bed and Full English Breakfast, per night and for two guests sharing a double/twin bedded room, Single occupancy is available at the room rate less £20.
additional beds
A number of our rooms have space for z-beds and cots. Z-beds are £27.50 per night and are for children 12 years and under. Cots are available at £20.00 per night. Children’s breakfast is included in this rate.
Deposit & cancellation policy
A 50% deposit of your stay is taken when making your reservation. This is refundable up until 14 days before your arrival. Once into the 14 days the full amount is payable.
For bookings of 5 rooms or more we require a 50% deposit which is refundable up until 28 days before arrival. Once into the 28 days the full amount is payable.
Check-in from 3pm and check-out 11am, any changes required by prior arrangement.
Dog policy: We welcome well behaved dogs on a lead. They can also be accommodated overnight in 2 of our rooms at a cost of £20 per night. All dog residencies on request.
Christmas and New Year bookings need to be paid in full by 1st December and are non-refundable.
Accessible Room
Due to the listing & age of our building, we do not have any lift facilities. We have one ground floor room, however due to the varying individual’s needs, it is important to note that our room is NOT specially equipped for FULL disabled use. The room is suitable for wheelchair access, has a separate bathroom and wet room.
Wheelchair access is available via our side garden entrance, through to the rear of the building and the room is accessed via our front lounges. We have a public disabled WC which is located in our main conservatory restaurant.
parking
We do not have our own parking however there is a privately owned pay and display short stay car park with 2 disabled bays to the side of the hotel which is called Pier Square.
The nearest long stay is River Road, approx. 4 minute walk from the hotel. Payment can be made via telephone or cash at the machine.
Parking is free throughout Yarmouth after 6pm and before 10am Monday to Saturday and free all day Sunday everywhere EXCEPT for Pier Square, the privately owned parking site.
